Lottery officials urge the winner to contact the Player Relations division at 844-917-6325 to schedule an appointment and claim the prize at the Lottery’s headquarters in Lansing. According to Michigan Lottery rules, Fantasy 5 tickets are valid for one year from the date of the drawing. The deadline to claim this prize is 4:45 p.m. on December 3.

If no one claims the prize by that time, the money will be transferred to the state School Aid Fund.

Fantasy 5 tickets cost $1 per play. Players can add EZmatch or Double Play for an additional $1 each per play, offering chances to win up to $500 instantly or up to $110,000 in a second nightly drawing.
