City of Williamston issued the following announcement on July 13.
CITY COUNCIL has a vacancy for a term to expire 11/30/2022. Applications are being accepted and are due on Wednesday, July 21, 2021. Review and interviews will take place at the July 26, 2021 Council Meeting with a final decision to be made at their August 9, 2021 meeting. Council meetings are held on the 2nd and 4th Mondays of each month at 7 pm unless otherwise noted. The new Council member’s first meeting would be in August.
