Michael Rogers recently hosted Jeff Welsh, President and Owner of Right At Home In Home Care & Assistance, on the SBAM Weekly Podcast. Welsh discussed the benefits of in-home care for seniors, highlighting the personalized attention his company offers and the need for adaptable caregivers. He noted an increasing demand for these services as Michigan's population ages.
Welsh remarked, “There’s no way that assisted living, nursing homes and even independent living can grow fast enough to keep up with the aging of our population.” He added, “Most people want to stay where they’re comfortable, where they’ve raised their families and have all their memories and things like that. So yes, the aging of this population bodes very well for my industry.”
