Jacqmain recently contributed an article to SBAM’s Focus magazine titled "The Value of Apprenticeships for Small Businesses."

Jacqmain highlights the benefits of apprenticeship programs for companies. “You’re going to find that you’re attracting more employees, you’re going to find that you’re attracting higher quality candidates, and you’re going to find the retention process to be a lot better and a lot easier,” he says. “Employees will be more engaged and they’ll want to grow.”
