On a recent episode of the Small Business Association of Michigan's weekly podcast, Michael Rogers spoke with Zack Bishop, president of 4 Flutes Machining. Bishop emphasized the company's strategic vision that focuses on diversification. This approach has led to significant growth, with much of their business now coming from out-of-state customers on the coasts. "There’s a lot of opportunity out there," Bishop said. "It’s harder to get into markets than I think everyone is aware of but it’s certainly brought us an enormous amount of success getting our foot in the door."

Bishop expressed optimism about Michigan-based manufacturing, citing consistent growth and new opportunities without any slowdowns or layoffs.
