Dynamic Glazing Systems, Inc., a commercial contracting firm based in Southeast Michigan, has been recognized as one of the Michigan 50 Companies to Watch for 2025. The company specializes in projects involving glass and aluminum, such as commercial facades, storefronts, curtain walls, glass railings, canopies, skylights, doors, and mirrors.

The firm was established in 2005 as a family-owned business by Sonny Anani's father and two brothers. Anani, who serves as the company's president, acknowledges that while family businesses can encounter challenges as they expand and differing opinions arise, addressing these issues through delegation and setting boundaries is key to success. "I have found that people that I talk to that are family businesses in the beginning it’s very easy because everybody’s on the same team," he says. "They’re on the same page. They’re walking to the beat of the same drum and they’re willing to put in the extra hours."

This recognition was highlighted during an interview with Anani on a program presented by the Small Business Association of Michigan (SBAM). The association's weekly podcast features insights from experts on entrepreneurial success and offers advice for small business owners.

Listeners can subscribe via iTunes for new episodes each week or visit SBAM’s Media Hub for past episodes of the Small Business Weekly Podcast.
