Michigan Department of Agriculture and Rural Development Director Tim Boring is set to testify before the U.S. Senate Committee on Agriculture, Nutrition and Forestry today. The hearing, initially scheduled for earlier this month, will take place at 10:30 a.m.
Director Boring will join a panel titled "Perspectives From the Field: Farmer and Rancher Views on the Agricultural Economy, Part 2." The session aims to gather insights from those directly involved in agriculture.
A livestream of the hearing will be accessible on the committee's website. Additionally, Director Boring's written testimony will be made available online later in the day.
The proceedings will include an opening statement by Director Boring followed by a question-and-answer segment with Senators.
