City of Detroit recently issued the following announcement.
Join Detroit Animal Care and Control for their Hot Dawgs adoption event 11am to 3pm from July 23rd - 25th! Adoption fees are WAIVED!
All adoptable dogs and cats are spayed/neutered, vaccinated and microchipped, and they come with a leash, collar, harness, toys, and treats.
