An $815 million Powerball jackpot is available in tonight’s drawing after no tickets matched all six numbers in Monday night’s game. The cash option for the jackpot stands at $367.9 million.
If claimed, this would be the largest Powerball prize awarded in over a year and ranks as the seventh biggest jackpot in the game’s history. Tonight marks the 38th drawing since May 31, when a ticket sold in California won a $204.5 million prize.
The last time Michigan saw a Powerball jackpot winner was on January 1, 2024. On that date, a lottery club from Mid-Michigan claimed an $842.4 million prize with a ticket purchased in Grand Blanc—the highest Powerball win ever recorded in Michigan.
Tickets for tonight's draw are being sold by retailers statewide until 9:45 p.m., and can also be bought online at MichiganLottery.com.
Powerball plays cost $2 each, both at retail locations and online via MichiganLottery.com. Players may add the “Power Play” feature for an extra dollar to multiply non-jackpot prizes up to tenfold, capping at $2 million. Another add-on, Double Play, offers players another chance to win up to $10 million for an additional dollar per play during nightly Double Play drawings.
Drawings take place every Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday at 10:59 p.m., viewable live at http://www.powerball.com. Tickets are available across 45 states as well as Washington D.C., U.S. Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico.
