Jewell Jones's campaign pays $100 to the Committee to Elect Alex Garza

The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate Jewell Jones, Jewell Jones for State Representation, paid $100 to the Committee to Elect Alex Garza on July 29.

According to quarterly campaign statements filed with Michigan’s Secretary of State, the following reason was given for the expenditure: 'fundraiser ticket'.

The committee has spent about $4,403 total since the beginning of the year, 2.3 percent of which has gone to the Committee to Elect Alex Garza.
