Nearly 250 professionals in the commercial real estate industry attended the West Michigan Summit on October 1 at Watermark Country Club. The event included six hours of educational sessions, with a two-hour legal update led by Tom Cronkright. Other speakers included CRE AI Specialist Topher Stephenson and Martin LaVelle, an economist from the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago, who gave presentations during the summit.

The program also featured ADA Attorney John MacKenzie and Charlie Hoats discussing fair housing issues. A panel consisting of Mike Murray, Tim VanNoord, Chris Prins, Jeff Karger, Bryan Bench, and Andrew Gyorkos provided insights into current market conditions.
