Members of the Commercial Alliance of REALTORS participated in several spring events that highlighted growth and development in West Michigan.

On April 30, attendees gathered for the Lakeshore Market Outlook. The event featured updates on development projects, new businesses, and future plans for the lakeshore area. Kent Mueller from CB Commercial moderated the session. Panelists included Troy Wasserman from Core Realty Partners, Drew Durham from Lakeshore CRE, Amanda Murray from Lakeshore Advantage, and Greg King representing Economic Development. They provided an overview of market activity along the lakeshore.

The Kalamazoo Market Outlook took place on May 8. Organized and moderated by Kalamazoo Commercial Real Estate Broker Andrew Gyorkos, the panel included Lawrence Duthler from Sun Title, Andrew Wenzel from Fishbeck, as well as representatives from AVB Construction, Greenleaf Hospitality Group, Clark Logic, and Bogan Development Group. The downtown Kalamazoo area is set to welcome a new arena and streetscape with opportunities for new businesses.

On May 21, the Ada Walking Tour was conducted by Baton Collective Marketing Manager Liz Haan and CEO Loren Crandell. Participants toured a new hotel, a software company, and a coffee shop. Plans for additional projects were discussed, including a housing development across the river. The tour concluded at the Ada Garage Bar where attendees engaged in networking opportunities.
