A man from Shiawassee County has won a record-breaking $2.39 million playing the Michigan Lottery's Jackpot Slots Millionaire Fast Cash game. The winner, who remains anonymous, had initially played 6-6-6 on Daily 3 tickets and decided to use $100 of his winnings to purchase Fast Cash tickets.

“I played 6-6-6 on a couple of Daily 3 tickets and won big,” he said. “I decided to take $100 of my winnings and buy some Fast Cash tickets because the jackpot was so huge."

Upon receiving the tickets, he quickly realized he had hit the jackpot. "I was absolutely shocked to see that I had hit the jackpot for $2.39 million! We started celebrating in the store," he added.

Lottery Commissioner Suzanna Shkreli commented on the win: “Winning a $500 prize for matching the Daily 3 is great but turning that into a record-setting $2.39 million Fast Cash progressive jackpot win is incredible.”

The winning ticket was purchased at King’s Corner Market in Owosso, marking it as the largest prize ever won on Fast Cash games. The previous record was set in November 2019 by Rodney Stokoszynski from Wayne County with a $1.84 million win.

The lucky winner plans to pay bills and invest his remaining winnings after claiming his prize at Lottery headquarters.

Fast Cash games offer instant-win opportunities through lottery retailers, with ticket prices ranging from $2 to $30 per play. These games feature a progressive jackpot that increases with each ticket sold until it is won.

Fast Cash game options include Wild Time Progressive, Lucky Clover, Diamond Wild Time Progressive, Double Win Wild Time Progressive, Jackpot Slots, Lucky 7s, Super Lucky 7s, Jumbo Jackpot Slots, Extreme Green, and Jackpot Slots Millionaire among others.

Fast Cash prizes are available immediately without waiting for a drawing and can be purchased across Michigan.
