The deadline is approaching for the winner of a $250,000 Powerball prize to claim their reward. The winning ticket was purchased on March 11, 2024, at a Kroger store located at 4099 Telegraph Road in Bloomfield Hills. It matched four white balls and the Powerball number: 01-03-07-16-66 PB: 05, initially earning $50,000 before being increased to $250,000 due to the Power Play feature.
The winner must contact the Lottery’s Player Relations division at 844-917-6325 to arrange an appointment for prize collection at the Lottery’s headquarters in Lansing. The prize must be claimed by March 11 at 4:45 p.m.
Unclaimed prizes will be directed to the state School Aid Fund if not collected before expiration.
Powerball tickets are available for purchase statewide and online at MichiganLottery.com for $2 each. The "Power Play" option allows players to multiply non-jackpot prizes by up to ten times for an additional dollar per play. Another option, Double Play, provides a second chance to win up to $10 million for an extra dollar per play.
Drawings occur every Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday at 10:59 p.m., viewable live online. Tickets are sold across 45 states as well as Washington D.C., U.S. Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico.
