Northern Michigan University (NMU) has announced the 2024-25 schedule for its women's basketball team. Following a successful 22-10 season that saw the Wildcats reach the NCAA Tournament's Round of 32, the team aims to build on this momentum with a 28-game slate. The schedule includes 12 home games, 14 away games, and two neutral site contests in Wisconsin Dells.

The Wildcats will commence their regular season on November 8-9 in Wisconsin Dells, facing Thomas More and Lewis in non-conference matchups. This will be followed by four additional non-conference games against Minnesota-based schools. NMU's first home game at Vandament Arena is scheduled for November 15 against Minnesota Crookston, with another game against Bemidji State on November 16.

After the home opener, NMU will travel to Minnesota for games against Minnesota Duluth and St. Cloud State on November 23 and 24. The team's Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) play begins at home on December 5 and December 7 with matches against Purdue Northwest and Parkside.

During winter break, NMU will play two non-conference road games against Northwood on December 20 and Ashland on December 22. The team resumes conference play in early January with away games at Davenport and Grand Valley on January 2 and January 4.

NMU's longest homestand features four consecutive home games starting January 9 against Michigan Tech, followed by a game against new GLIAC member Roosevelt on January 13. Wayne State and Saginaw Valley State will visit Vandament Arena on January 16 and January 18.

Subsequent road trips include visits to Ferris State on January 23 and Lake Superior State on January 25. The Wildcats return home to face Grand Valley on January 30 and Davenport on February 1 before another downstate trip to Saginaw Valley and Wayne State on February 6 and February 8.

The final home games of the regular season are set for February 13 and February 15 against Lake Superior State and Ferris State. The regular season concludes with four away games, beginning with Michigan Tech on February 20 and ending with Purdue Northwest on March 1.

The complete schedule is available online.
