Russel Sprecher of the Northern Michigan University (NMU) men's golf team concluded his participation in the 103rd Golf Association of Michigan (GAM) Championship, securing the 29th position after three rounds of play.
The competition saw 84 golfers vying to make the cut. After two rounds on Monday, August 5, this number was reduced to 31. Sprecher recorded scores of 72 (+2) and 74 (+4), achieving seven birdies and 18 pars, allowing him to advance with a six-over-par score.
On Tuesday, August 6, following a prolonged weather delay in the morning, Sprecher completed the final round with a score of 79 (+9). This brought his total for the weekend to 225 (+15), placing him in the 29th spot.
