RFP: Digital Signage Initiative

Project Description: The primary purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to obtain quotations from qualified persons to partner with Battle Creek Public Schools (BCPS) for the planning, installation or transformation, and post-install support of 12 monument signs that incorporate an electronic message center (EMC) at several locations throughout our District. BCPS has already done pre-planning to capture our vision for this project, so in order for an RFP response to be considered, it must match the renderings and descriptions of the deliverables within this document and all construction is to fit the specifications laid out in this request for proposal exactly with no substitutions allowed. Additionally, a submission must include post-installation support.
