BATTLE CREEK, Mich. — The city’s contractor, Hunter Prell, will be working to install new drywells in the roadway along Pleasantview Drive tomorrow, Friday, Sept. 2.
While some of the road will be dug up during work, the roadway will remain open for residents to use. Specifically, the impacted portion of the roadway will be:
- Pleasantview Drive between McKinley Avenue N and Morley Street
The new drywells will assist with drainage along Pleasantview Drive. The completed drywells will resemble manholes with a grate and function as a pit that allows for storm water to infiltrate into the ground.
