Battle Creek Police arrested a 41-year-old Battle Creek man today on charges of criminal sexual conduct and kidnapping.
The incident started with a police call at 11:30 p.m. Tuesday to the 300 block of Wentworth Avenue for a felony assault/CSC case.
After further investigation, the BCPD Emergency Response Team executed a search warrant for the house today. Police arrested the man without incident.
The investigation continues, and police will not release additional information at this time. No one related to the case, nor in the community generally, is in danger.
