City of East Lansing issued the following announcement on Mar 15.
With the return of electric scooters to #EastLansing, scooter users are reminded of the regulations for safely riding and parking scooters in the community: https://www.cityofeastlansing.com/2035/Electric-Scooters.
Community members can report safety concerns, make complaints and ask questions by contacting the scooter companies directly. Contact information for the scooter companies currently licensed to operate in East Lansing can be found below:

Bird - 866-205-2442
If issues are not resolved in a timely manner, community members can also call the East Lansing Police Department's 24-hour, non-emergency phone line at (517) 351-4220, Option 1. Community members should call 911 in the event of an emergency.
