Albion District Library recently issued the following announcement.

Each summer during Festival of the Forks, the Friends of the Albion District Library and Albion chapter of the AAUW (American Association of University Women) co-sponsor a huge book sale!  Thousands of gently used books and materials are available for a very low cost, and proceeds support local efforts of both groups.

Are you a teacher stocking your classroom library?

As thanks of all the hard work and long hours teachers put into their work with our children, Friends of the ADL and AAUW offer any teacher stocking their classroom libraries free books of their choice during our Bag & Box Sale, Monday-Saturday of the sale. Simply let us know at the Adult Room Service Desk on the main floor.

All proceeds benefit the Friends of the Albion District Library and the Albion Branch of the American Association of University Women for their work in Albion.
