Ypsilanti Community Schools issued the following announcement on July 16.
The parking lot at Shadford Field will be blocked off and closed all day on Friday, July 23.
The closure includes the tennis courts, track, and any areas around the venue. YCS School busses will block both entrances, and only a small side entrance will be available for YCS staff involved in setup, vendors, and emergency vehicles
