Description:
Have you ever asked yourself, “What is emotional intelligence? Do I have it?” This workshop will explain the five components of emotional intelligence and allow you to assess the level of your own emotional intelligence. It will also provide you with tips on how to respond to various situations with empathy and sound judgement.
