Kara Hope's campaign pays $9 to Emily's List

The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate Kara Hope, Kara Hope for State Representation, paid $9 to Emily's List on May 13.

According to quarterly campaign statements filed with Michigan’s Secretary of State, the following reason was given for the expenditure: 'training'.

The committee has spent about $7,748 total since the beginning of the year, 0.1 percent of which has gone to Emily's List.
