Jim Runestad's campaign pays $477 to Costco

The campaign committee of Republican Party candidate Jim Runestad, Elect Jim Runestad for State Senate, paid $477 to Costco on July 23.

According to quarterly campaign statements filed with Michigan’s Secretary of State, the following reason was given for the expenditure: 'parade float'.

The committee has spent about $9,610 total since the beginning of the year, 10.5 percent of which has gone to Costco.
