Alex Avery Garza's campaign pays $100 to City of Taylor

The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate Alex Avery Garza, Alex Garza for State Representation, paid $100 to City of Taylor on August 23.

According to quarterly campaign statements filed with Michigan’s Secretary of State, the following reason was given for the expenditure: 'backpack giveaway'.

The committee has spent about $7,749 total since the beginning of the year, 3.2 percent of which has gone to City of Taylor.
