The campaign committee of Republican Party candidate Jim Runestad, Elect Jim Runestad for State Senate, paid $1,000 to Senate Republican Campaign Committee on October 20.

According to quarterly campaign statements filed with Michigan’s Secretary of State, the following reason was given for the expenditure: 'caucus dues'.

The committee has spent about $13,027 total since the beginning of the year, 54.5 percent of which has gone to Senate Republican Campaign Committee.
