In 2024, 76 Food and Cosmetics companies received 78 FDA inspections in Michigan, according to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

This was the highest number of inspections per type of company made by the FDA in Michigan, equalling 58.2% of all inspections in 2024.
