Kalina Ceglinski, a diver from Northern Michigan University (NMU), has been recognized as the GLIAC Diver of the Week following an impressive performance. During NMU's first home meet of 2025, Ceglinski excelled in both the 1-meter and 3-meter diving events. She achieved scores of 278.78 and 273.30, respectively.
In the 1-meter dive, Ceglinski outperformed her closest competitor by 9.9 points. In the 3-meter event, she secured a victory with a margin of 34.87 points over second place. Additionally, Ceglinski's performances met the six-dive NCAA qualification score criteria.
The NMU team will continue their season on February 1 at the UW Green Bay meet in Green Bay, Wisconsin.
