NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING- PLANNING COMMISSION

WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 7, 2022 6:00 p.m.

The City of Ludington will hold public hearings on Wednesday, September 7, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. at the regular meeting of the Planning Commission at the Municipal Complex, 400 S. Harrison Street, Ludington. The purpose of the public hearing is to obtain citizens’ views on:

  1. Special Land Use – 507 E Foster – Adaptive Reuse of the Former Foster School
  2. Rezoning – 504 & 507 E Foster from R2A to R3A
  3. Special Land Use - 911 N Lavinia – 56’ x 30’Attached Garage and Home Addition
  4. Fences on Corner Lot – Text Change to Ordinance
  5. Mobile Food Vendor – Text Change to Ordinance
  6. Sign Ordinance – Text Change to Ordinance
You may express your views on this matter in person at the public hearing or written comments will be accepted by the Planning Department until 5:00 p.m. on September 7, 2022. Additional information can be obtained by contacting the Planning & Zoning Department at (231) 843-2956.
