Betty Jean Alexander's campaign pays $60 to Michigan Legislative Black Caucus

The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate Betty Jean Alexander, the Committee to Elect Betty Alexander, paid $60 to Michigan Legislative Black Caucus on May 14.

According to quarterly campaign statements filed with Michigan’s Secretary of State, the following reason was given for the expenditure: 'NAACP ad'.

The committee has spent about $899 total since the beginning of the year, 20.6 percent of which has gone to Michigan Legislative Black Caucus.
