David Coulter's campaign pays $39 to Paypal

The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate David Coulter, Friends of Dave Coulter, paid $39 to Paypal on August 7.

According to quarterly campaign statements filed with Michigan’s Secretary of State, the following reason was given for the expenditure: 'CC processing fees'.

The committee has spent about $3,516 total since the beginning of the year, 2.6 percent of which has gone to Paypal.
