David Coulter's campaign pays $3 to Paypal

The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate David Coulter, Friends of Dave Coulter, paid $3 to Paypal on September 12.

According to quarterly campaign statements filed with Michigan’s Secretary of State, the following reason was given for the expenditure: 'CC processing fees'.

The committee has spent about $3,539 total since the beginning of the year, 3 percent of which has gone to Paypal.
