Jim Runestad's campaign pays $77 to Dollar Tree

The campaign committee of Republican Party candidate Jim Runestad, Elect Jim Runestad for State Senate, paid $77 to Dollar Tree on September 24.

According to quarterly campaign statements filed with Michigan’s Secretary of State, the following reason was given for the expenditure: 'candy for parade'.

The committee has spent about $11,880 total since the beginning of the year, 0.6 percent of which has gone to Dollar Tree.
