March 3, 2023 – The City of Midland and the MCTV Network will live stream Mayor Maureen Donker’s 2023 State of the City update via Facebook, YouTube, and live video streaming on Wednesday, March 22. 

The address will be streamed live from the Great Hall Banquet and Convention Center during the first quarter membership meeting of the Midland Business Alliance. Mayor Donker’s presentation will begin at approximately 11:45 a.m. 

Residents can view the live stream on March 22 via the following formats:

  • Facebook: City of Midland, Michigan – Municipal Government
  • YouTube: www.youtube.com/citymidland 
  • Roku, Apple TV, and Amazon Fire TV or Fire Stick via the free MCTV Network app
  • Mobile devices via the free Cablecast Community Media app
  • Cable television via Charter Spectrum channel 189 and Uverse 99 (MCTV-Messages)
  • Online at www.cityofmidlandmi.gov/videos under “Community Messages”
