The Mega Millions jackpot has reached $625 million for tonight’s drawing, with a cash option of $288.8 million. If claimed, this would be the largest Mega Millions jackpot awarded in 2025 and the fifth time the jackpot has been won this year. The current run marks the 32nd consecutive drawing since the jackpot was last won on June 27, when a ticket purchased in Virginia secured a $348 million prize.
Since July 1, Michigan Lottery players have collected over $6.6 million in prizes during this jackpot run. The most recent Michigan jackpot win occurred in January 2021, when an Oakland County lottery club took home a record-setting $1.05 billion Mega Millions jackpot—the largest ever awarded in Michigan.
Tickets are available at retailers statewide until 10:45 p.m. tonight and can also be purchased online through MichiganLottery.com. Each Mega Millions play costs $5 and includes a multiplier feature that can increase non-jackpot prizes up to ten times, capping at $10 million. The game is available in 45 states, Washington D.C., and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
