The Michigan Lottery is reintroducing its Millionaire Maker instant game, which will be available starting September 26. The game provides players with the opportunity to win a share of more than $289 million in prizes, including two top prizes of $6 million and 12 prizes of $1 million. Each ticket costs $50 and offers 50 chances to win prizes ranging from $75 up to $6 million.
Non-winning tickets are eligible for a second chance promotion. Players can enter by scanning their non-winning Millionaire Maker tickets using the Michigan Lottery mobile app by March 30. A drawing will select 10 finalists; five will attend a live event at Little Caesars Arena where one finalist will win $1 million, while the other five will participate in a live event at Van Andel Arena for another $1 million prize.
"The popular Millionaire Maker game theme returns for the third time to offer players a chance to win millions. On the first two versions of the game, players won more than $174 million, including 24 $1 million prizes!" according to the Michigan Lottery.
Additional information about the second chance promotion is available at michiganlottery.com/secondchance50.
Lottery instant games are sold at retailers throughout Michigan. In 2024, players won nearly $1.8 billion playing instant games across the state.
