A $605 million Powerball jackpot is available in tonight’s drawing, with a cash option of $273.4 million. If won, it would be the largest Powerball prize awarded so far in 2025 and the fifth time the jackpot has been claimed this year. The current run marks the 34th drawing since May 31, when a single ticket sold in California won $204.5 million.

The last time Michigan saw a Powerball jackpot winner was in January 2024, when a lottery club from Mid-Michigan claimed an $842.4 million prize—the biggest Powerball win recorded in the state.

Powerball tickets are being sold at retailers statewide until 9:45 p.m., and are also available online through MichiganLottery.com. Each play costs $2, with additional options such as “Power Play” for $1, which can multiply non-jackpot prizes up to ten times (capped at $2 million), and “Double Play,” also for $1 per play, offering a second chance to win up to $10 million in a nightly draw.

Drawings occur every Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday at 10:59 p.m., and can be watched live at http://www.powerball.com. Powerball tickets are offered in 45 states as well as Washington D.C., U.S. Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico.
