The Northern Michigan University (NMU) swim and dive team has unveiled its schedule for the 2025-2026 season. The Wildcats will begin their campaign with the Green vs. Gold & Wildcat Alumni meet on September 19 and 20 at the PEIF Pool located on NMU's campus.
Following this, NMU will host St. Cloud State and Davenport in Marquette for a two-day event starting October 3. The team will then travel to Saginaw to compete against SVSU and Findlay on October 24, before heading to Allendale to face Grand Valley State on October 25.
Returning home, the Wildcats are set to compete against Wayne State in a two-day meet beginning November 7 with a skins meet, followed by regular competition.
Before winter break, NMU will participate in the Calvin College Invite from December 4 to 6 in Grand Rapids. This three-day event will feature multiple teams including Calvin College, Findlay, GVSU, Grove City, and Indiana Wesleyan.
During winter break, select athletes will have the opportunity to travel to Florida for the CSCAA Open Water Collegiate Nationals on December 13.
The second semester begins with a meet against Stevens Point in Wisconsin on January 17. The Wildcats' senior day is scheduled for January 24 when they host Lake Superior State at the PEIF Pool for another skins meet.
The postseason starts with the GLIAC Championships from February 6 to 9 in Holland, Michigan. A last chance meet is planned for February 21 ahead of the NCAA Championships which run from March 10 to March 14.
The season concludes with an annual spring scrimmage at the PEIF Pool on April 17. Full schedules can be accessed on each team's respective pages.
