MPHI’s Michigan Recovery Friendly Workplace (RFW) program is set to host an informational webinar on July 16, 2025, from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m.

The Michigan RFW Initiative collaborates with employers to support employees recovering from substance use disorder (SUD) or opioid use disorder (OUD). The initiative offers resources, education, and training aimed at helping leadership and human resources reduce stigma and enhance support for employees in recovery. Recovery-friendly workplaces focus on promoting healthy and safe working environments where employers, employees, and communities can create positive change and remove barriers for those affected by substances.

Employers adopting recovery-friendly principles may expect certain benefits as shared by the Michigan RFW Initiative.

For registration details of the webinar, interested participants are directed to visit the Zoom meeting registration page. More information about the program can be found on the Michigan Recovery Friendly Workplace website.
