Casey Thousand and the Northern Michigan University women's basketball team have released their schedule for the 2025-26 season. The Wildcats will play 13 home games at Vandament Arena, compete in six different states, and participate in an exhibition game against a Division I opponent.

The regular season begins with a trip to Erie, Pennsylvania, where NMU will play three games from November 7 to 9. Following this, the team will travel to Wisconsin Dells for the third consecutive year. Here, they will face Upper Iowa on November 14 and Lewis on November 15 at Justagame Fieldhouse.

NMU's home opener is scheduled for November 20 against St. Cloud State, followed by a game against Minnesota Duluth on November 21. The month of November concludes with two away games in Crookston, Minnesota, on the 29th and 30th.

Conference play starts with an away game at Parkside on December 4. The Wildcats then visit Roosevelt on December 6 before returning home for a non-conference match against Northwood on December 17.

As the calendar turns to 2026, NMU will engage in conference games exclusively. They begin the new year at home against Davenport on January 1 and Grand Valley State on January 3. A trip to Houghton follows for a matchup with Michigan Tech on January 8 before returning home to face Ferris State on January 12.

Subsequent road games include visits to Lake Superior State and Saginaw Valley State on January 15 and January 17, respectively. Over the next four weeks, NMU alternates between home and away games starting with Purdue Northwest and Wayne State at home on January 22 and January 24. The month ends with away matches at Grand Valley State and Davenport.

In February, NMU hosts Saginaw Valley State and Lake Superior State before traveling again to face Wayne State and Purdue Northwest. Three of their final four regular-season games are at Vandament Arena: hosting Michigan Tech on February 19, visiting Ferris State on February 21, welcoming Roosevelt to Marquette on February 26, and concluding with Parkside on February 28.
