The NMU Athletic Department will hold the second Blue Line Luncheon at Slabz Bar & Grill on Friday, January 10. The event will take place at the Ramada of Marquette, located at 412 West Washington Street. Tickets for the luncheon are priced at $25 per person, and it is open to the public.
Attendees will have the opportunity to hear from NMU Athletic Director Rick Comley, NMU Men's Hockey Head Coach Dave Shyiak, and select players. The lunch will be catered by Slabz Bar and Grill, which has recently opened its doors.
Doors to the event will open at 11:45 a.m., with lunch being served at noon. The program featuring the speakers is scheduled to begin at 12:15 p.m. Due to limited space, advance ticket sales are recommended.
