City of Grand Haven recently issued the following announcement.
Attached is an agenda for a Special Joint Council Meeting with the Board of Light & Power to be held on Thursday, July 15 at the BLP office, 1700 Eaton Drive, immediately following the Board of Trustees regular meeting held at 4:00 p.m.
The meeting will be in closed session for the purpose of considering material exempt under state or federal law, specifically correspondence subject to the attorney-client privilege pertaining to the environmental conditions on Harbor Island pursuant to Section 8 (h) of the Open Meetings Act.
