The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate Sarah Anthony, Sarah Anthony for State Representation, paid $250 to Jawon Baker on June 17.

According to quarterly campaign statements filed with Michigan’s Secretary of State, the following reason was given for the expenditure: 'ingham county dems. event sponsorship'.

The committee has spent about $9,422 total since the beginning of the year, 2.7 percent of which has gone to Jawon Baker.
