A Northern Michigan entrepreneur discussed the importance of health and well-being for business leaders during an interview released on Apr. 12. She also recommended physical activity but acknowledged that finding time can be difficult. “The goal should be 60 minutes of activity,” she said, suggesting it could be split into shorter periods throughout the day through walking or other movement.
Tallman further highlighted the role of sleep in supporting long-term performance and reducing stress: “Getting enough rest helps reduce stress and supports long‑term performance.”
