Sessions set for Monday and Wednesday, March 20 & 22

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – The City of Grand Rapids invites all residents, business leaders and stakeholders to a series of community engagement sessions to discuss public health and safety initiatives on Monday and Wednesday, March 20 and 22.

The events will take place from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, March 20 at the Goei Center, 818 Butterworth St SW, and 10 a.m. to noon Wednesday, March 22 at the Main Branch of the Grand Rapids Public Library, 111 Library St NE.

The National Civic League, in collaboration with the City’s Public Safety Committee, will be conducting engagement sessions to discuss various public health and safety concerns affecting residents throughout the city. These sessions will provide members of the public with an opportunity to gain a better understanding of these issues and initiatives. Attendees will also be able to discuss work currently underway to address these issues and offer feedback to City staff and partners.

In order to ensure all perspectives are included, we encourage members from all corners of our community to participate and provide their thoughts on this critical issue.

For those who cannot attend the sessions, feedback and solutions can be provided via email at info@grcity.us.
