Northern Michigan men’s basketball graduate Dylan Kuehl was announced as a finalist for the Trevor Hudgins Award and the Bevo Francis Award on April 4. The announcement took place during the NCAA Division I Final Four semifinal games.

These nominations highlight Kuehl’s successful season, where he earned several honors including D2CCA First Team All-American, Midwest Player of the Year, GLIAC Player of the Year, and GLIAC Defensive Player of the Year. He is one of three players to be named a finalist for both awards this year.

The finalists for the Trevor Hudgins Award are Jack Browder, Dylan Kuehl, Ben Pearce, and Zevi Samet.
