During the first quarter of 2026, the FDA conducted inspections at five different drug companies located in Michigan, according to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

These inspections represented the second highest count for any company type inspected by the FDA in Michigan, accounting for 8.9% of all inspections conducted in the state during that period.

The FDA routinely inspects facilities across the nation to determine if the workplace and their products are compliant with FDA-regulated laws and regulations implemented to improve overall public health. Inspection results are then disclosed publicly.
